Yes, samples can be provided if available. Please note that samples are for texture and colour reference only and may vary from batch to batch. They are small reference pieces, not full product samples. A fee may apply to cover the cost of the sample and shipping.

For all custom orders, all sales are final and returns are not permitted.For standard porcelain items, we accept returns within 14 days of the invoice date, provided the goods are in new, unopened, and resalable condition. Please refer to our returns policy for full terms and conditions.
